Take Part in the Work

Santungan grows through the participation of people who contribute knowledge, time, skills, objects, networks and resources. Choose the form of involvement that best matches your interests and capacity. Each inquiry will be assessed according to current programs, staffing, space and institutional priorities.

Volunteer

Volunteers may support visitor assistance, events, documentation, research, archives, education, translation, communications and other approved activities. Applicants should identify their skills, availability, preferred area of work and any relevant experience. Orientation and supervision are required before deployment.

Student Internship

Santungan accepts qualified student interns through formal arrangements with their educational institutions. Placements may be available in museum support, research, documentation, information systems, communications, events, administration and cultural programming. The scope and schedule must satisfy both the school's requirements and Santungan's actual work needs.

Share Knowledge or Cultural Materials

Community members may contribute oral histories, family records, photographs, research leads and information about local traditions. Cultural materials should be submitted with consent and as much context as possible. Contribution does not automatically transfer ownership or authorize unrestricted publication; terms must be documented.

Support a Program

Individuals and organizations may support exhibitions, school visits, cultural workshops, publications, performances, collections care, research, facilities and the Sinukwan Festival. FLKI will identify the approved purpose, budget, recognition arrangements, reporting requirements and any restrictions in writing.

Become an Institutional Partner

Schools, government offices, cultural institutions, businesses, foundations, media organizations and civic groups may propose partnerships aligned with FLKI's cultural and public-service mission. A proposal should state the intended outcome, responsibilities, resources, timetable and safeguards for cultural integrity and accountability.

Join FLKI

Information about FLKI membership, eligibility, responsibilities and application procedures will be published after the Board approves a current membership policy. Membership is distinct from volunteering, donating or participating in a single program.
